GENERAL GUIDELINES

Our production times are based on our receiving output-ready art, and images submitted to us are printed "as is."

 

File Formats

CardSuppliers.com accepts original Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop files. Also accepted are Print-ready pdf files, as well as .eps and .tif files.

* Please add a 1/8" bleed as needed.

* Color mode: CMYK

* Reverse type must not be smaller than 6 points or .007" at the thinnest part of the character.

* Convert type to graphics whenever possible.

* Type must be no less than 1/8" (3.18mm) inside die-cut indicator

* Save artwork at 300dpi at 100% of size.

 

Submitting Artwork

* Convert type to graphics where possible.

* If file is 5mb or less, send artwork directly to your representative using email.

* If file is larger than 5mb, your sales representative will provide you with instructions for uploading the file.

* In rare cases, extremely large file sizes may need to be submitted on CD and mailed to ASAP International, Inc (see mailing address below)

* To ensure best accuracy, forward a hard copy color proof to the following address:

ARTWORK SERVICES

Artwork services are available at a reasonable rate. Please contact your sales representative for assistance.

 

TEMPLATES

For your convenience, artowrk templates are available to assist you with proper layout and placement. Speak with your sales representative about obtaining the correct template.

 

DIGITAL PROOFING

You may approve a project for production based on a digitally presented proof (.pdf file).  Note that digital proofs are intended to confirm graphics, layout placement, and text. Digital proofs should not be used to confirm accurate color; if proofing for color is needed, a high resolution paper proof may be requested.
